He is a scammer. His IP 82.132.210.186 Is Ireland. It is a proxy and the language used tell me he is really from Nigeria. Hiding his location is the first lie which is odd because he told you where he was already. The red flag is when he says he is working there. A disaster is sure to arrive. Contract workers will have an accident , He will have one or get robbed and it will need your donation of money via Western Union or Moneygram to make a miraculous cure.
Did you spot the confusion over which site he uses? I can tell that parts of the message in Google search will reveal what this criminal is up to. He uses the text all the time and as usual makes an ar**e of it and himself.
Yes it's a webcam recording. But some webcam faking programs can do what the scammer wants. Drop him and tell him nothing, and also not that you have been here.
I can find another 99.9 mistakes!

one thing i am puzzeled about is that he told me he was using a t-stick he got from london, where is actually from, so would the emails go through that? Dont understand this proxy server stuff sorry.

And also the NNFMP contained in the header usually (but not always) shows a sender as being fraudulant from my experiences. I'm glad you told the individual to go away because it is the better option to simply cease all contact with the trickster. Confronting them is not the answer because the scammers life is built around lies and deceit.
