This scammer's details have been passed to me by a victim, and I do not have any of the emails that he has sent.

He claims to be a soldier based in Iraq.

In addition to the email above, the scammer (or an associate) is also posing as Dr James Kofi using the email address [email protected].

Here is the email where he asks for fees for a storage box.
