Let me share more about myself again as i want you to know all about me and i think you are one in a million .I was NOT born with a silver spoon in my mouth.
I came from a very hard working, middle-class loving and caring family where my mom and dad had to work very very hard to raise me and My Dad Died Couple Of Yrs Ago. My mom is the main influence in my life who taught us the value of family and culture and customs to respect people for who they are. At the age of 23 , I left Italy and came to the state 
and Over the last 15 years I have struggled a lot, a real lot to build my career and success. Education is the most important thing to me and to my family. It is only and only for the higher studies and education. I did my BSc in Physical Therapy from Italy and then came to do my second catering Degree in the states.As a beginner it was impossible to live without any money or salary - so I had to leave the country or move somewhere else or find some alternative. I took that challenge in life really hard, stayed With a friend and finished my Catering school -- for 11 months I worked hard without getting a single penny from the School and yet I managed to Finish. During that 11 months during finishing my Catering ,I worked in a restaurant to survive, to get some food, lived in the cafeteria, I never ever asked any help from anyone cause i believe God almighty will be there for me and he stand by my sides all tru, not even from my poor family. That time I kept my full trust on God and God only and worked very hard to show the world that I can give something which no one has given before. After finishing my Carrier with the Catering school.I work with McDonald's Food and a whole lot more but now , i give glory to the God in my life . i am doing pretty good in my business. I am a succesful wine distributor now and i am doing pretty good .
I am a very simple minded Guy,I strongly believe that lesson of "simple living and high thinking" that my mom has taught me. I have absolutely NO expensive habit. I do not like driving a New Mercedes or New BMW - I drive a simple Toyota Corolla. I have no intention for expensive items in life because I came from a very hard working family and I learned the value of money and struggle. I strongly believe that "luxury, once practiced becomes a necessity". So I hate luxury. But I am NOT stingy. I do believe in living within my simple means and give more than what I need to the unprivileged children in the world, who don't have what I have. I do believe that if I earn 5 dollars and I need only 2 then I should save 2 dollar for the future saving and give the rest 1 dollar to the children. My family is very important to me. Whomever I will marry I have to make sure that my family will like her. Education is the most important thing in my life. I am very very romantic but at the same time very very intelligent and practical in life. I often go to Goodwill and buy cloths, which makes my friends surprised - they say you are earning so much why can't you buy good cloths - I tell them I am buying good cloths but not necessarily expensive cloths because I don't need them - to me if I can save some money from living within my means and not spending more money than I need then I can help 10 extra poor people to whom life has no meaning - showing light to their life is much more important to me than wearing an expensive cloth. This is just to give you an idea about me and the philosophy of my life. I strongly believe the philosophy of Gandhi, the father of the nation in India who has helped India to get the freedom.
Beside music and cooking , which is in my blood, my next inspiration is movies. I came from a family where I am very very proud to have a family member who is a world famous film director - who got Oscar in 1992 for the best foreign film!! My grandmother's cousin, who is a world famous movie director, Rolland Spivey , I have seen so many famous directors in his studio when I was a kid. I love Italian director Enrico Bonini's Life is Beautiful - what a wonderful movie. I love all kinds of movies from all over the world, especially the romantic movies and movies about life.
I am very Good in cooking and i am a Chief Chef and very good in almost all aspect , Both Mexican , Italian , American , Chinese , European and so-on,I love hot and spicy food. I hate lobster. I love Italian food. Of course Italian food is my favorite. But I do eat all kinds of food.I cook so well and of course, i am the Chief Chef..I love eating tasty food. I don't eat too much but love good food. In the weekends and holidays, I like to stay away from my hard life and Kitchen stuffs and go out to the beach and spend romantic days and evenings. I do not believe that happiness comes from money or luxury at all - I like to tell you this from the very beginning - I do believe that happiness comes from simple living within my means and through giving.
