This scammer claims to be a US Soldier, but really he is based in Accra Ghana.

He also uses the email address [email protected] that he claims belongs to his Liuetenant called Nelson Jeison Luis.

Here is an email from the fake United Nations concerning a consignment box to be sent to the victim.

With reference to the e-mail we receive from U S Army Gen.John R.Allen for the release of his trunk box,Clearance Code: UN-PRVT-3450-69GSC/ Ref number GSC-POL-0669-PRVT3450,who is in Afghanistan that you (XXX) his Friend in XXX,will receive his trunk box there in your Country as the said receiver of his trunk box.

NB: Due to diplomatic content of your parcel,it will be illegal to ship it to you without the parcel being insured as it will violate the United Nations rules governing diplomatic delivery.This means payment for the registration fee must be made before shipment to avoid risk.

This is because of some bad experience we had in the past.
