More about myself: Hi my name is kelvin and i always hate trying to to say something about me. I always feel it is better to be yourself and no body else, I'm not fake nor phony, I am who I am faults and all but there is a lot of good in me, If i was your friend then I will always be a true friend not some one who is only there for what they can get out of a person, when I'm in love, i love with all my heart, sometimes i give my heart and trust someone easily. right now I'm at another point of my life where i do not know what may happen to me. but i'm fine with that i would not want to be any place then right where i am, i might not be good at a lot of things but being a soldier i am, my friend's who may read this will understand but i promise you, i am a nice guy who seem's to think of others before myself ....
My biggest goal in life is to be the best parent I can be. My interest vary and I am open to any new suggestions or ideas, but I focus mainly on football, baseball and weightlifting. I enjoy attending fitness and sporting events as well. Furthermore, I enjoy country and pop music as well as like to dance at the nightclubs. Relative to TV, I enjoy watching Law & Order, CSI and NFL & NCAA Football. I am the kind of guy that is honest, trustworthy, industrious and personable to be around. I believe in fairness and directness but with a soft touch(Honey is always better than Vinegar); I believe the Hard Way Is Always the Best Way, because the rewards are always greater! I have been told that I always strive for the best; well, is there anyother way? I don't think so because I believe people are inherently good; you just need to know how to get it out of them! I also believe wholeheartedly in a person's word/ commitment/integrity /character. I am a guy who faces challenges rather than backing down from them. I am humble and open minded and welcome to varying points of view. I am not weak nor shallow; I actually admire people that are themselves at all times; I respect that. I am unique because I generally try to what is right and good for my family and friends as well as the community even though it hard to do so at times. I am the kind of guy who would go to the depths of the ocean for a woman that I am in love with; however, that woman would have to be special and unique and have to work very hard to gain my heart and love; I am no easy catch at all; please believe that because beauty and body will only take you so far with me; I am looking for a woman that is both attractive in looks and in heart but more in HEART! Some character traits I am looking for in a woman are as follows: honesty, affection, personality, humor, independence and to be a communicator as well as believe in Faith, Love and Hope.
When i commit to someone, they can feel my protection on all levels. I see them as part of me, and I'm willing to go to war verbally and even physically on their behalf. I will not back down or remain silent when my partner is being attacked. My companion loves to know that she is being taken care of and that I will be there to back her up and defend her whenever necessary.
And i believe that NO BODY DATES LIKE RED! This is true. When I am in pursuit of something (or somebody!), I tend to go all out. I dress to impress, I get the limo, the tickets, the flowers, the reservations, and the whole shebang. I myself by nature is a very competitive opponent to any other potential suitor who may come along, and I take great pleasure in taking home the prize.
I was born with my core personality color intact (ask any woman who has given birth to more than one child and she'll tell you that her children had different personalities before they had drawn their first breath), and while parts of my personality do change over time (for example, I may have not been born a good listener, but I have learned to become one), I cannot and should not try to discard my Core Color in an attempt to trade it for another. If I was born a YELLOW, I will die a YELLOW, but I can add to myself any strength or any limitation of any color to My core self.
Sometimes I Can Be Uncomfortable With Emotions And Feelings, because Logic is my strong suit, and I may feel uncomfortable or insecure when my partner gets emotional. I see this as weakness and may become adamant that she address such things in a more logical manner. When she does not, I become dismissive, when in reality, I'm the laggard where matters of the heart are concerned. There is tremendous value in connecting emotionally, and if I cannot learn to do so, I and my partner will miss out. and more over, I NEED TO APPEAR KNOWLEDGEABLE cause I value my intellectual and logic-based abilities. I consider my ability to reason and problem-solve to be one of my greatest attributes. I want my partner to value this about me as well and to promote this image to others. If my partner was to ever embarrass my publicly, I would have a hard time ever getting over it.
As a RED, I naturally want to be respected. In fact, it may be more important to me to be respected than loved. I also need for my partner to be worthy (and if needs be, demanding) of my respect. How can I love what I can't respect? I do appreciate my partner more if they demand my respect than simply allow me free license to walk all over them.
