It's very, very likely this is just another scam. "Scott Williams" is probably the same person you were contacting before. These people are absolute vultures. If they even remotely think you're likely to part with cash they'll try new characters, new approaches and so on. You need to cut off contact immediately and make it known you aren't going allow them to scam you. For the sake of anyone reading this thread, I just want to make it clear: All photos the scammer used are stolen. He is not the man in the photos on the dating profile. All photos of supposed friends or family members are also stolen. The webcam was faked, using basic software and existing footage of the real person, stolen from online. This tactic is becoming increasingly common in romance scams because victims can often be convinced that the person is real if they think they see them on webcam.
