"Candy Brown" has multiple accounts on various dating sites. The following screenshots have been sent to me by somebody 'she' contacted and tried to scam. More details will be added as I get them.
Other than most romance scammers, "Candy Brown" will quickly move over to webcam chat on Skype. This is a particularly mean trick, as it adds credibility to the scam. In reality 'her' webcam is not a live video stream, but a series of carefully arranged video clips stolen from the internet. All the scammer has to do is arrange the video clips to fit the situation to create the impression of a live video.
As is typical for romance scammers, 'she' will pretend to fall in love with you very quickly. This is a telltale sign of a scam. Do not enter video chat with 'her' - it seems likely that all video will be recorded, possibly for later evaluation of its blackmail potential. It's not unusual for romance scammers to publish private videos of uncooperative victims.
