I have just found out that ive been conned by this man. Posing as a soldier in Afganistan, Karbul.
He says he is Staff Sargent John Hatfield 3 infantry and then went on to get me to send money via weston union for a secure phone line. he gave me a email number [email protected] to get in touch with him and an email for his Genral Alexander [email protected]. General Alexander sent me a very plausable email of where to send the money to stating that i would after 72hrs of getting the secure line. I sent one lot of money, which i got back and then wanted a larger amount to be able to speak with me. Again all vey plauseable again. Hes spoken to every night and conned yet more money last week.
my friend found out that i was beening taken for a ride and im right in saying hes an old hand at this.
im left more than £4000.00 out of pocket and feeling ver angry and stupid
