scammers speaks spanish?

Hello everyone, yesterday I've recived an e-mail, in spanish ( I speak spanish too is my mother language) so this person is called Marcela Chandria, let me post you the email.

Me llamo Sra. Chandia desde Canada y estoy buscando ayuda para cuidar mis hijos . porfavor contestar este coreo si esta corecto.

Los dos primeros de despiertan a las )6:30 am a tomar desllunos lavarse y vestirse y toman el school bus a la puerta de la casa. El menor a y que alistarlo para que cuando el padre regrese a la 8:20 am lo pueda llevar a la guarderia. A partir de eso es limpiar la casa y esperar el regreso de los ninos, que es a las 4:20 pm . No hay que acer ninguna tarea , todo lo que es escolar lo asen ellos mismo. Algo importante , tenemos un pero Goldy y dos gatitos Abby y Saky . son tranquilo , de casa .

If this is about an au pair job in Canada, then it's likely to be a scam, as Canada has no au pair program. When they ask you to contact a lawyer or a travel agency who then ask you to pay for a work permit, flight ticket, or a visa, then it's 100% a scam.

Could you post the headers (lines usually hidden that say "Received: from foo by bar", "X-Originating-IP: 10.48.57.6", and the like) of the email? We can usually tell from those where the email really came from.

I've seen scam scripts in Spanish, but they were machine-translated from English, not written by a Spanish speaker with bad spelling. A scammer speaking Spanish is not impossible, but in the region of Africa where most AFF comes from, French is more common than Spanish.

I didn't find the headers, but this is the e-mail address marcela chandia [email protected] and theres no an Originating-IP... But hope the e-mail helps!

Yes, it is a scam! After googling the email message i found the same email already posted here:

It could be the same scammer using a different name, or another scammer who is now using this format.

The IP address is in Videotron in Canada, so she may be a real person, not a scammer. But she asked about a visa, and David mentioned that there is no au pair program in Canada. A possible explanation is that she is close to the border and willing to hire someone from the USA. If you're close enough to visit, you may consider the job; else forget it.
