Claims to be a man aged 40 years from Saudi Arabia, but living in Scotland in the UK

I have received a report that this scammer will "pretend" to travel and have difficulties with immigration. The scammer will phone "pretending" to be an immigration official and request money to be sent by Western Union to release "himself" from custody.
