Let me start by saying....I am what you are looking for loving, caring, passionate and understanding .Treating a man with respect and tenderness is pivotal to solidifying the relationship. My
outlook on life is positive. Kindness and honesty are easily recognizable within me. I amcaring, passionate, romantic, loving, generous, intelligent and honest.People say my best feature is my smile. I enjoy laughing and appreciate the ironies of life. I am passionate about experiencing other cultures, meeting people, and getting a different perspective from my own. Something I haven't done yet that I would like to do is visit every country in the world. A bit ambitious but I'm working on it.I am a very romantic and affectionate lady and I enjoy romantic picnics in the
park and sitting by the bay watching the sail boats go by. I listen to different types of music: blues, r&b, smooth jazz and classical. One of my favorite things to do is to watch the sunset and sunrise while sitting on the beach. It gives me a sense that everyday new and exciting things can happen and tomorrow's possibilities are endless.

I was scammed by a man calling himself Stan Frazier from Arlington Texas. Since then, I have learned that there a many, many men calling themselves "Stan Frazier" from Malaysia, Nigeria, Mersin Turkey, and UK. This fake ID is being used all over the world. I actually spoke to all 6 fake Stan Frazier's so far, but the one that scammed me is still out there too. Let's work together -I have many pictures, many phone numbers, many emails - I have called Western Union to report this name from being used to scam women and all they do is report the email address, so these guys just change that. Please email me so we can catch all of them and get them arrested, together we can do this.

Unfortunately, Stan Frazier is also a real name. There have been a couple of famous people with that name (a musician and a wrestler) and there are currently several real Stan Fraziers out there. That's why Western Union won't put a block on the name--they would be blocking the use of their service from real people as well as scammers.

Some scammers do work in groups and scam together, but scammers also will not hesitate to copy or steal each others' formats and tools when given the opportunity. Without more information, it is impossible to identify if and/or how the different scammers are connected--and that is before we consider proxies, redirect phone numbers, VOIP, and magic jacks, all of which are used by scammers and are routinely used to disguise scammers' real identities and locations. Add to that the use of mules in other countries, many of whom are victims rather than accomplices and have also been fed a completely untrue story, and you have a very tangled web. And this is before dealing with jurisdictional issues, the legal issues involved with evidence gathering, standards for evidence, and the tremendous cost and complexity involved in international investigations and/or extradition. These factors mean that the cost and complexity make all but the biggest of cases too costly/resource-consuming to pursue. We'd love to see these scammers arrested, but the reality is that there is a small chance of arrests when there is a very large sum of money involved (and we're talking 6 figures plus here); that chance goes to virtually zero when the dollar amounts involved are less.

This is why our emphasis is on posting the information for others to find. Our best chance of helping others is to make sure they can understand and avoid these scams.
