This scammer claims to be a US soldier, he tries to get his victims to receive a consignment for him, delivered by a "diplomat".
He also uses the email address [email protected] and the Skype ID elvis.hanson18.
The scammer uses 2 fake "diplomatic couriers". The first is mohamad ali - [email protected] and the second is Mostafa Niaimi - [email protected]
