Hi-Thank you for the fast answer,I needed that.So I know not to talk with him but i will report him to twoo.com where he is at.
It was better to find our head of time if he was fake and not start any talk with him.
It easier this way to just ask you guys for help.
I can count on help here.
Thank you for the fast answer, you save the day again.
Have a good day

Fake.

Leave from the army is earned, not bought. Only the soldier himself can request it, and he can only get it if he is entitled to it based on time served. When a soldier gets leave, he does not pay anything for it, and if he is on active duty in another country, the US military will fly him back home for his leave.

People from outside the army CANNOT request leave, or phone, or anything else for soldiers. The whole policy is an invention of African scammers. Sometimes scammers will tell you that the information given to you is wrong, that it is a new policy. This is not true, and anyone who actually understands the concepts behind the US military chain of command would realize that this will NEVER be policy, as it goes against the whole organizational philosophy. The moment a "soldier" tells you that you need to apply to the army for leave or anything else, he has already shown he is a scammer. Also, soldiers do not have to purchase expensive satellite phones to communicate with their loved ones--the US military makes sure they can be in contact with them. The moment he tells you that there is a fee for him to take leave, or you need to apply for and/or buy a special phone, or you need to send money to anyone in order for him to come and see you, it is a guarantee that he is a scammer.
