Is this the real person or a stolen identity

Hi- I really need to know if some one can tell me that this person that i am talking to from tagged.com is the real
Army Chief of Staff General Raymond Odierno or some one useing his name and pic

Here is some of those US Soldier´s & General´s there are abused by SCAMMER´s on many datingsites.

This is how I found out that this person is not the real general,I think some one is using his identity on the date site and try to get me to believe he is this person.
So i need to know to block him and report to the site.
So I hope some one can tell me who I am talking with.

The real General is married and has 3 children. He is not on tagged or any other dating site.

Any and all profiles using his name and/or photos are fakes.
