Housing 1.7 million us dollars ,
conpensation for the project care taker as you; $300,000.
incase of expences simultaneously; $100,000
Total ; 2.6 million us dollars.

I believed this is nothing much for you to handle my dear, and i wil be glad to have your phone number and you real name even your real address because we are getting close and becomig a partner? before i leave i must thank you again and inform you that you are the best thing that have happened to me in this my 3 months in social site as this....thank you.

Yes, this is another scammer. Instead of a regular romance scam, he is trying to run a 419 (advance fee fraud).

Basically, this is a scam in which the scammer claims to need your help for some kind of business deal involving an extremely large sum of money, and you are promised a payout for helping. But once you agree to help, you will be asked to pay fees/bribes/other expenses to various parties.

In reality, of course, the only money in this whole deal would be yours--which is what the scammer is stealing.

From time to time we do see scammers who use social networking or dating sites to try to run these kinds of scams as well as romance scams.
