that's why scammers like to use it
they hide their location when using gmail

and mind you
the pics are used by scammers and stolen from innocent people
thus, they should not be marked as 'scammers'

Hi-So he is fake and i did not know gmail did that.
How do you get the ip address from gmail?
Did I do all of this post ok or did I do something with the pics,that is not ok?
I am try to learn how to post here the right way and not hurt any one.I have read all that was put up here.

Any other help be great on how to get a post right.
I doing my best to understand how to do it things right here.

Grunt got his/her post in first and is correct in saying that Ronald wilburn using the email address of [email protected] is a scammer.

You are posting correctly. There are ways of getting an IP address from gmail but it involves continuing contact with the scammer, and once you know that it's a scammer there is no reason to do that.

Thanks for your message .let me quickly tell you more about
myself,im a man with two lovely daughter, work as military doctor ..
mean medical officer even am in Iraq now on call,but planing to come
back home soon and start a lovely happy family home. My personality
is outgoing and I have a good sense of humor. I am kind and very
tenderhearted person. I am loving, in fact I sometimes think that I
love too deeply when I love someone. I am a very honest person. I am
too trusting at times and I am loyal to my companion and friends.
But, I do have a streak of impatience at times which is not a good
trait, but I am doing much, much better at being patient. It takes a
lot of prayer for me in that area. Oh, and I am a romantic at heart.
I love romance. I am not into the partying scene anymore since I
started going to church about 6 years ago. And, honestly, I really
don't miss the partying life at all. I never was happy in it. And, I
do drink but i dont smoke, drugs or curse. The only thing is, I
really do love to dance. There is a place where you can go dance
without the smoking, cursing and all that going on. I like that. It's
terrible that a lot of men curse and do drug far worse than i could
imagine. I think a man should act like a man. I want to be respected
for being a man. I like to act, dress and look like a guy I want you
to know all about me but i will have to stop here and be waiting for
your response and i will be looking forward to read from you as soon

You had the photos almost right--they were just missing the image tags. I fixed them.
When you paste the link into your post, highlight the link and then click on Img above the posting box.
It should look like this:
[img]link[/img]

Don't be offended when people state several times that the photos are real but stolen--we do this very often because we get lots of visitors who find us through google, and we want to make sure they learn this too.

You are doing very well, no need to worry.
As far as the IP address goes, we like to have them posted when you have them--but in cases where it is not possible or cases where the IP address doesn't help (for example, if a scammer is using a proxy, his IP address may lead to the wrong country), it is still acceptable to post potential scammers and we will sort them out. In this case, for example, there are red flags, including
-the man in the photos is clearly much younger than 47
-the English is consistent with an African
The google search for the profile confirmed the scam quickly and easily.
Even if that didn't yield results, a real person would certainly know many daughters he has!

If you posted someone as a possible scammer, and we weren't sure whether he was one, we would remove the post from sight until we could confirm whether or not he is a scammer. In this case, there is plenty of evidence, even without an IP address.
