Information on romance scams and scammers.

My ex fell into a situation and I started looking into it. I was so pissed when I realized what had happened. He was contacted on a dating site match.com I believe by a Florence Bemma. She also had yahoo messenger and the address was [email protected]. They didn't talk very long and of course it was a "love connection" or so he thought. Within a week she said she needed money for foodstuffs and medications for her mom.

He western union'ed her $250.00. The funny thing was that she requested it be sent to a Georgia Kissiwah in Ghana. I have all of the western union info. A few days later she asked for $500 more dollars and said that she needed it to pay for her next semester of schooling and that she was a nurse and was all torn up and crying the blues because she would not be able to finish.

He of course wasn't sending anymore money as this was around Christmas time 2012. I was so mad that I deleted all conversation history after I sent her a not so nice email calling her a money scammer. The pics were of a brunette, slender, she said she was 32 or 33 I believe. She continued to email stating she would never love and trust someone again blah blah. Her father had died and she was living with her mom and that it was very important to have to consent of her mother in this relationship.

She always talked about God. Anyways I just want to put the word out there. The phone number she used was 233-543-0690. Only one time did she get on the webcam and she did call a few times. But most correspondence was by messenger and email.

All of the pictures looked professional and they weren't even of the same girl. The pics were all of a woman in fancy dresses with a nice home in the background.... Ya she needed money for food LOL Yes he was an idiot and yes he learned his lesson before it got too far out of hand. Just wanted to post this info to maybe help someone else from any misfortune.

Welcome to ScamWarners hatemoneyscammers. I am sorry to hear your boyfriend lost some money to this scammer.

The photos sent are not of the actual scammer, they are photos the scammer took from a model's site due to their professional appearance.

The scammer is NOT a woman, the scammer is a man pretending to be a beautiful woman to keep men interested and hopeful enough to start sending money. Most likely had your BF sent more money, the amount "she" needs would keep going up.

Thank you for posting this information so others can be warned of this scammer.

Bubbles, former Scamwarners moderator.

Rest in Peace 24 June 2015.

Gone, but never forgotten.
