a friend of mine was recently in contact with this person and found this page when she googled his email address. what is he scamming???? spook created this page and grunt added more info about him but NO ONE has said what he did. future people looking at this page might just think spook and/or grunt are ex's and they are just getting some kind of childish revenge. some one please say how dangerous he is, if he is.

Hello newmoon0712,

Spook and Grunt have a combined post of over 5500. An administrator or Moderator would have banned them if they were posting bogus information.

The scammer / thief posted is stealing money from innocent victims. Luckily your friend found the post.

Please advise your friend to cease communication with the thief James Garrison [email protected] .

Bryon

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

Welcome Newmoon,

As stated in our name, we warn about scammers. If someone is posted here, he or she is a scammer. While there are certainly other types of criminals (e.g. drug dealers, pedophiles, violent offenders, etc.) that may target dating sites, they are not actually scammers. There are websites that deal with registered sex offenders, etc. but we don't.

The identities posted by Spook and Grunt are fake identities, created by scammers. In this particular thread, I can tell you just from the profile information posted that the the person behind it is not an American soldier as claimed, but an African.

There is no mystery to what scammers want. Scammers hide behind fake identities and/or a story of lies, and steal your money. Sometimes scammers follow the exact same script with every victim, whole others tailor their scams to their individual victims. The same scammer may ask one victim for an iphone (which he is just as likely to resell for the cash) and ask another for leave fees. If he has a victim who seems more concerned about his (imaginary) child, he may ask for money for a fictional child emergency.
