The scammer using the name "Harrison Blake" with email address [email protected] is a romance scammer who will claim to send you a parcel containing gifts and cash.
The parcel does not exist!
He will then pose as a courier company and use a fake courier website to claim that the parcel is being held by customs and that you have to pay a release fee because the parcel contains cash.
He asks for payment using Western Union to the receiver's name "Muti Noor Abdul".
The website he is currently using for the scam is "Universal Express Logistics Service" with the domain name uexls.com
The fake courier site has fake office details...
Also uses the email address [email protected]
He will tell you that all will be well if you make the payment as he is coming to see you.
He has no intention of coming to see you. He is not who he claims he is. The photographs he sends are not of him.
He is a scammer after your money!
