There is no doubt this is a scammer. He claims he is writing from Florida when he is really writing from Nigeria.

The photos are of a real person. But unless you met the person you had a relationship with in person, you cannot be sure that this is indeed the person you were writing to.

In fact, these photos are also attached to the name Johan Stegmeijer:

Based on the origin of the names, Stegmeijer is more likely to be seen with a first name of Johan than Milly, and I'm guessing some of the "Africa" photos were stolen from this page:

sorry to say that Johan Milly and the other are the same person, i got in touch with Johan from Holland, i was looking for data from it and now know, we know are things for all sites is johan i i know both are the same person, but he and i broke a few months back and change your profile to not talk to me , are both the same person , i have pictures of you that are not there
