This scammer claims to work for a Canadian company called WestCo and is working on a project in the UK.
He approaches his victims via Skype using the ID michael.schneider007.
He tells his victims that he needs to open a bank account in the UK for his salary to be paid in to and asks them to send money for the 'deposit' to open the account.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
