This person approaches women on dating sites, using a fake identity and stolen photos (and sometimes video). He will send romantic emails and promise a wonderful future, including marriage. Then he will invent emergencies, business opportunities, or even future visits that require that the women send money somewhere.

In reality, the man sending the emails has no connection to the man in the photos. He is a young African man from Ghana. There is no relationship, and no future. The whole fake relationship is created for one reason--to steal money from the women he is approaching.
