Letter from him.
I am Troy Cook and was born in Kansas some 50 years ago by a nurse called Sharon Greenfield and a man called Barry cook..My dad left my mum when i was just 5 and left to Belgium..It was so hard for my mum so she vowed never to get married again..because she went through hell bringing me up single handedly..My dad owned a business in Belgium so he had his home and some friends there as well.... My father died 8 years after he had left to Belgium..Things wasn't that easy for my mum so i had to go to California to live with an uncle who was an army officer then.He was so good to me and really took good care of me because he never had any child of his own i was his everything and i really respected and appreciated his efforts...I schooled at the Cathedral High School ( California)after i studied Economics at the University of California, !My uncle was so good to me that he even found me a job in Bank and i worked there for two years and later joining the Air force when i was 27...i was then stationed at the Kansas air force base so i moved to DE(Delaware) and stayed there close to my mum...She died 5 years later and it really affected me..!!!I still miss her ..I have been in the Army for 23 years and i have been to many bases in the states to work there as well as the Afghanistan,Saudi Arabia and Iraq..And trust me i have seen and experienced being in the Army and i never regret joining the Army
Now to my marriage life...Hmm well i have been into relationship with a woman ....i got married to a sweet Hispanic lady called Jennifer Winder...when i was 29 and we loved each other so much but she later cheated on me and that really made me loose all my fortune...
well in two months time i will be off camp and will be replaced by a colonel who will take in charge of my duties here in Iraq
But the 360 vehicles carrying 2,000 troops left Iraq without incident. Thank you to hear from you...wish we will get to talk more
