Please be aware of any person you meet online who immediately want to go on chat or get your phone number, you wouldn't give you phone number to a random stranger in the street, why would you do it to somebody who could be anybody, anywhere.
Many scammers refuse to write to somebody who will not chat with them with Yahoo Instant Messenger, many other will continuously ask to chat, offering to help you to load it if necessary.
They love chat because it makes it much easier to speed the scam up, take those signs as the best opportunity to find somebody else, scammer or not, If they are harrassing you now, what will it be like when they get to know you, block and ignore
