This scammer claims to be a general in Kabul.
His Skype profile claims he is from Los Angeles and he claims to be from Spain.
He approaches his victims on Skype using the ID barrera.james2 and also uses the email address [email protected]
His Skype profile picture appears on a number of Facebook profiles, as well as on another anti-scam website.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
