Antonio Luca (aka Peter Frank) is at it again! SCARY

My friend got scammed by Antonio Luca a couple months ago and I posted about it here...Now he is trying to blackmail her...Check out this email he sent to her to try to blackmail her out of him posting false information about her...She is obviously not a terrorist and he scammed her through an internet romance situation. She fell for it and gave him about $3500. When she refused to give more, he has turned to these tactics....He's a nigerian and I doubt there is anything he can really do...Is this a harmless threat or should she be doing something more legal about it? She has already reported the first romance scam part to the authorities. She lives in the US and is an extremely normal law abiding citizen. She is divorced so the husband part he is threatening about is irrelevant. Her kids are young...

You're right, that is very scary. How horrible for your friend. She should contact the FBI herself as this is cyber bullying/cyber stalking and extortion. Obviously, she shouldn't pay any of the money to the scammer. It is likely that his threats are idle and even if he does post information, it is very doubtful that law enforcement would take an interest in pursuing her based on it. Best of luck to her and thank you for posting this. As horrible as it is to read, it shows how low and evil these scammers are.

One of the most despicable scams I've ever seen. Jillian is right, she should report it. I suspect the scammer is making idle threats, he's not likely to do anything because frankly it wouldn't be worth his trouble. All he wants is the money. If she doesn't give into his bullying he has nothing to gain by making phony posts so he will just move on to another victim.

The scammer has visited here, his post was removed shortly after posting and he has been banned.

Good news is that we can find excatly where he is from the information I previously gathered from him and the US Government take threats like this against their citizens very seriously, I will be handing over my information to the authorities.

Do not send any money, he wont need it where he is going to be

I would like to advise you that this scammer, Antonio luca, or Roberto Luca, has tried to scam me, offering me the usual ridiculous nonsense.
Yes he has the Son Romeo, and is using the same pictures as I have seen in here.
The only thing he weasled out of me was some pictures. He does not know my real name, or address of residence.
I twigged to this creep, as he told me he was in Miami, but whilst in chat, he said he was up at 3.am. I immediately went to the time convertor, and found that the time zone did not match anywhere in the US to Australia..It came up in Nigeria. He rattled on about doing research in Nigeria with a Remote tribe called the Z.. I googled that area, and came up with all the busness about hydro power development. Anything to do with African nations tweaks me. His way of typing, use of verizon and all the jargon about God, but cursed fervently when his time was up due to lack of charging his internet etc..I never heard such nonsense. Is listed as a Catholic in denomination, but curses very quickly!!!

I would never sent money to anyone online, and regret using photos, but he is stalking through WAYNS, and i must inform the moderators there of his presence.

I thought the photos he supplied were odd, as he came across as a "money no object character" but the dress style of the photos, suggests otherwise, and the inside of the house where young Romeo sits with a skull and bones T shirt on, does not look like someone who is money no object..
I am disappointed that I fell for any of this rot, though suspicion was there at the beginning.
