I had been in contact with cultis horn for over a month.i am sure by now he would have been very frustrated haha that he wasnt able to scam me for money or to transfer money from his bank account to mine.he even went to the extreme of getting someone to pose as his daughter grace.

We need a little more information on this one for an effective warning. Could you please post a couple of the emails he sent you, as well as his email address? Also, where did you meet him?
