I chatted with them for a bit and refused to use their method. S/He is a rather pesky one as the refusal came the mention of FedEx came up to post the money. He is a mile a minute with crazy questions and is very irritating in the end. He has tried to chat me a few times since but he left me with a "I'll talk to you tomorrow to give you time to reconsider"/
