About Frank
I wear my heart on my sleeve so I find it a real challenge not showing what I feel. I'm loyal and despise lying. My heart aches when someone is hurting. I love huggs - giving them and receiving them although at times, I've been accused of squeezing too hard. Go big or go home... Punctuality is important to me - I feel to be otherwise is disrespectful and it bothers me when others aren't respectful of my time. It is said that experience is the best teacher. Past experience has taught me that the foundations of successful relationships (trust, love, etc.) cannot be maintained electronically. We are creatures that crave connection. For those that desire more than an internet chat buddy, that connection requires more than the exchange of typed words. It is far too easy, via the internet, to convey words that would seem meaningful but turn out to be as empty as the individual that delivered them. We not only communicate with words but also through body language and vocal tones. We also discover the merits of an individual's character through behavior. Since character is action based, can we really guage the integrity of an individual based solely on words communicated via the world wide web? Trust must be earned and it must be done so within the physical presence of one another, thereby, cultivating an atmosphere where it is possible for love to truly abound.
