Information on romance scams and scammers.

Dear Friends
It is with some chagrin I admit that I have been on a large, very large, online dating site for a while. In that time I have received four "winks" from nice looking mature men who ask me to contact them at their personal emails. Silly me. Not using my REAL email account, of course. All four had long, complicated stories explaining why they, at this age, were single and they had GREAT things to say about me, my pictures, my profile and our undoubted compatibility. Then they pull out their occupation, 'fund manager' for ApexMax as taught and trained by one Mr. Kiyosaki. OK, I know what you are saying: 4 times!? Dear woman, how desperate how you? Well, it was over the space of a year. Anyway, I googled ApexMax and found a heartbreaking story here on SW. I just want to re-light the amber warning light. Let's be careful out there.
Best to all
JoJo

Welcome to ScamWarners JoJo1212. Thank you for your warning. There is no reason to obfuscate Match.com. They know and they are known to have scammers on their site. The do try to catch them and delete their accounts. They post warnings as do all responsible websites.

Please post up some more definite information for others who may search to find if they are dealing with a scammer. Email addresses are very helpful, so it you could do that, it will help others more.
