Is there a centralized database of images that I can check if I have a picture appears on the forum?
If you check the email title what I need to check, sometimes also have a U.S. flag and a flag from Africa how I should understand.

There is no index that searches the entire internet for photos, but google images searches many sites, including ours. Tineye.com is also a good photo search engine, though it doesn't pick up photos here.

Keep in mind that photos can be tough to search, because if they are changed very much, the searches won't find them--so if the scammer edited a picture a lot, the searches might not be able to match it. Still, they do find a lot of matches.

This is because headers trace the path an email takes on its way to its receiver. An email may start in Africa, but it will pass through various servers on its way to its final destination. If its from yahoo or gmail, it may pass through the company's American servers in California, so you will see those countries listed as well as the email's African origin.

I want to let you know that Google can not check your website pictures, I think the reason is that once written on the picture fake pictures and transformation does not recognize it, therefore, difficult to discover that the picture is fake.
