The photos are the same. The email address and the claimed name are different.

It could be the same scammer using a different email address and name. It could also be a different scammer using the same photos. This is why we require defacing the photos as you have done.

The IP might tell us more, but that is not absolute as the scammer could change the internet cafe they use, or change their computer. Good to spot the use of the same photos!
