Manila Women

I am not sure if this is a date scam. It started on a dating site and she is in Manila. She claims to have some inheritance tied up in a company called Global Security Network. Yes sha has asked fro money to travel to me and also money for living expenses and a hospital bill. I have received nothing in return. The money is sent by Western Union as she claims she does not wish to open an account before she leaves. She requires 90k to pay overdue fees on her inheritance and will not leave until its paid. I have noway of ever coming up with this 90k and neither could an average person. I aske her fro a copy of her passport and she provided it to me I have never checked it out as I a unsure how to do that. What information do you require o help me find out whether this is a scam?

She has asked you to send money by Western Union, therefore she is a scammer. No more information needed. Please post her email address and messages so that others who look for her info know that she's a scammer.

Forgive me asking doug_4512, but why would you want to pay a stranger any money at all, especially when it's clear that they just want money - amount unimportant ?

The nice thing about an inheritance is that it doesn't cost you anything to get hold of it as all costs will be deducted from the legacy. No one has ever turned down an inheritance because it would be too expensive.

You're being told a pack of lies and, to be blunt, taken for a fool. Do you think there is any likelihood of your relationship developing in to anything when you're being treated with contempt from the outset ?

This romance will never get beyond a computer screen and will last as long as your money does and he plans to spend it all. At the moment he's checking out how much you have.
