Romance scammer and thief. Poses as an American soldier with a sick son (though he may change details from one scam to the next.) Starts with money request for sick son, then moves to standard communication and leave scams.

This is to inform you that a lots of Army has went on Vacation which never return back on duty due to one reasons or the other private to us, then we have always want to secure our Armies and make sure you are both protected.
Certain amount of ($3,700) will be required from you to the Army, to make this Transit ready, it will only take two week for the document to be ready, so as to enable your spouse fly to your destination.
He will be entitle for his Leave Allowance and this will be sent to you a week before returning back to his duty at the Army base, then the Army will remit the sum of $10,000 to you for his Allowance and after two weeks he return back to his duty.
We will like to know if you agree with the terms and conditions, and ensure you make this mail private and let no one know about this, we are only trying to protect you and your spouse.

When the victim makes it clear she is not sending any more money, the scammer tries this plea:

am so glad that you finally receive mail from the Army, but this is not quite unfair cos i no you cant afford this much but you can help me borrow from somewhere just to process the document and when the Army send to us my Allowance then we can pay back from where we borrow it from, my mind is really with you and i love you and spend more time with you..... i had a dream that i was lying in your arms, kissing your tenderly skin and caressing you until the day come... honey make me happy and make me come to you and remember to make it private till i come to you in ******... this is the right time we have left to be together, i love you and i want you to think about this..”

Last warning from false department about parcel the money for vacation

“ Dear *************,
We write to you respect of the last mail sent to you and we have not receive any reply from you, we will like to know if you still want your spouse Carter Jack on a vacation to you in Russia ? Its been too long on it, and we want to release other Armies going on Vacations at the same time cos we have no time to waste on this and we want to process their Travellin Document at onces and this will only take a week and they will be gone the following week.
The other Department in charge of this as been transfered to us, so you can now contact us. we will take it up from where they have stopped, we will like you to get back to us and we would tell you how you will send to the Army Outlet, so as to process the Document cos you are the only one left with this and we dont want to waste time anymore.
Get back to us as soon as possible as you get this mail.
