I doubt there's ever been a recorded case of a US soldier suffering from malnutrition, and not where he obviously has full internet access, where you could bet he has access to a wide range of fast food outlets offering cuisine from most parts of the world.

Even as a scammer he's lying if he's talking about his own situation as he's clearly giving priority to his internet scamming activities over his need for food.
