I came to know this person through a website and this is the first email i got from him, i have seen a similar email posted here on this website.. and i gave him my phone number... he called 3 or 4 times and i guess he is a black guy, he sent as well fotos, but i am sure they are not his pictures..

Dear,

It was really good to receive email from you. I am doing well here, everything is great. My life is awesome and my job is beautiful, having understanding friends who keep me going. How about you? Hopefully everything is just fine and happening the way what you expected them to be.

You really look nice, just what I'm looking for! How about we get to know each other a bit better and see what will happen. I want to tell you about my fate when feeling are so powerful it’s as if some force beyond my control is guiding me to someone who can make me happy beyond my wildest dreams.....

You may want to tell me some more about yourself in the area of religion, and what you will like to get out of this friendship assuming it grows positively... well about me,

To start about myself, I am Jones Daniel, living and working in Sydney, Australia. My father is late and Mum is in UK, born as British with Australian character..... I am working as a mining Engineer in shell Australia. I have work for years. Being a single person, working so much without having much time for myself most of my time spent in offshore and I just enjoy it though it’s very tiring. I love to chill out with my friends during weekends, go to mall, watching football and once in six months I will going to my Mum’s house in London to visit her and take my nieces and nephews for outing.

I am a Man who is hilariously funny, understanding, energetic, spontaneous and stone headed but very soft hearted. I also a man with very strong principle and always try to take my religion along with me, wherever I go, whenever it is and with whoever I am. I respect different religion exist in this world because they hold similar teachings which brings peace to everyone and makes you a better man. It sounds a little boring …well that’s how I am when it comes into serious matter. I will tell you more about me as soon as you tell me a bit about you.

My Dear

Thanks for your kind attention and your time to write me,I called my Mum yesterday, and she wish to see you as soon as possible. Considering your wish, i am making a proper arrangement to visit you very soon in your Country, i can't stay without thing of you.It is very important for me to express to you how much you really mean to me. I wish I could do this in person, But since we are physically separated by miles of emptiness, this expression must come in the form of letters such as this.

Dear, I know it is difficult for you, as it is for me, to be separated for so long. Life seems to be full of trials of this type which test our inner strength, and more importantly, our devotion and love for one another.

After all, it is said that "True Love" is boundless and immeasurable and overcomes all forms of adversity. In truth, if it is genuine, it will grow stronger with each assault upon its existence. The longer I am away from you, the greater is my yearning to be with you. I cherish any thought of you, Price any memory of you that rises from the depths of my mind, and live for the day when our physical separation will no longer be.Until that moment arrives,

With Love
Jones.

Welcome to Scamwarners baboshka. Thank You for posting this information on this scammer.

It will alert and save others from being scammed. Well Done :=)

If you have any questions or concerns please post - a support team member will be glad to help you.

The very best thing to do is completely ignore this scammer, cease all contact.

What do I do if I think I've been scammed?

Cease all communications with the scammer immediately. Delete any emails unopened and hang up if the scammer calls you.

Report the scam to your local police. There is not much chance that the scammer will be caught, as he is probably overseas and certainly using false details. However, the more scams are reported, the more the authorities can tell how widespread it is, and the greater the effort that goes into stopping it.

If you have given the scammer your bank account, credit card or other financial details, tell your bank, card company or other provider immediately, and ask them to change your accounts and card numbers.

Do not accept any deliveries that are from the scammer or that you are not expecting. If you receive a check or something similar (such as a money order) take it to your bank or local police and tell them you think it is fake.

Do not panic. Whilst scammers are criminals and some of them are dangerous, the risks are negligible if you simply stop communicating with them. If you are in any doubt about your safety, report your concerns to your local police, who will be able to advise you.

Don't expect to get your money back. I am afraid there is very little prospect of that happening, and anyone who tells you they can get your money back for a fee is a scammer. Please see our section on money recovery scams for more information.

Spread the word. We know it's very uncomfortable to feel that you got conned, or nearly got conned, but if you fell for it, so will others. Talking about it may be hard, but the more you help educate everyone about scams, the less opportunities there are for scammers to defraud others.
