Hello Debra. He is a scammer from Nigeria. The phone number is a forwarding one to Nigeria, used to look like UK. I can give you more probably later, but that's the quick answer. Cut all contact anyway, he is just a criminal and wants to steal money.
I see from his stolen yahoo avatar he is one of our most prolific scammers.
