The postcode does cover the Anglia Ruskin University, though a resident there would most likely make use of a "legitimate" mail address (@anglia.ac.uk - for example) and not a free yahoo one.

Scammers often claim to live in the UK and USA, they like using false names and addresses, but are usually fabrications used by the scammer.

The telephone number is a UK redirect service which is diverted to any cellphone worldwide - and often used by scammers - because it "appears" to be UK based and adds legitimacy.

Can you please post how you came to be in contact and any other information?
