We can't go just by stolen photo but here is where the scammer makes his mistake, aside from the slight problem over Fulham City, London.
His photo says “ Me and my boss at work ”.

Note the back ground, the ATM machine with the logo of the Allied Irish Bank. Rather a long commute from London to work don't you think? However I won't educate the scammer liar if he sees it. You can work it out for yourself but it is a neat one.
