where he decribes himself as a 31 year old man from Lagos, Nigeria, username kingsman22. His IP address is consistently Dakar, Senegal, and he does soon state that that is where is he is living. Here are a few examples of his early PMs and emails:

Life is so unpredictable. Changes always come along, in big or small ways. I don't know what happened that this sudden change has turned my world upside down.
