This man poses as a German man that has travelled the wold - but not one word he tells you is true has two daughters name Katie and Lynn.. The daughter in DuBai soon dies..."She murders herself!!!" he needed money for medicine..if you cant help him - he does the guilt thing .then another scam surfaces...

He has a Container with Medical equipment to the value 7 Million$. He has paid all the fees for importing but will loose the deal - he has all the documents to support this but signed by himself as well as his passport...He Goes by the name Jeffrey Harriger Mandel but in fact is a Nigerian (German) Chebuike VIctor Udefi. He is married to a German women. He also goes under the name Demetra Sampolidou and Dimitriv Mandel. He is a very intelligent person and an I T Programmer so when you talk to him on skype he has written a program to actually change his face to a White person. Very well spoken and can get quite cheecky and falls o so in love with you... When he is found out he swears to give you the money back - you must just meet him...in the meantime he removes all his profiles...but it is back on again and he is scamming like there is no tomorrow...He will add you on BBM/WHATSUP and even facebook...Mobile Nr +1213 342 4172...

I would love to expose him - and yes he did get money out of me - I quess school fees until I found this site....

I do however believe in KARMA and so sorry i would not be able to see it...few people that have done me in has not had their payback...

I met this guy on Badoo - an online dating site as well as a phone App. He is going by the name Jack Hoffman. I suspected he was a fraud so he did not get anything from me but my time however, we need to out this jerk. He is good so ladies beware.

Has anyone met Jeffrey Mandel in person?

I met Jeffrey Mandel Ramirez on badoo on 26 January, a very charming gentleman that claims to love with jealousy. He authenticates his proflie with a facebook profile for Jeffrey Mandel with many pictures of his travels. The images on his fb are very staged and beautifully photo-shopped, with two girls, Liz and Katie. Katies studies in Dubai, business school.

Their mum ran off with a young man...he is Latino and German. In my case, he worked for allushore in europe and instantly changed his fb profile to read California Medical Supplies. His story is that he is the CEO, starting a new office here in SA, Centurion, with intention to distribute medical supplies througout Africa.

He is very busy brochuring deals with Zimbabwe and Angola. He constantly sends pictures of his family (two girls, sister) and gives very detailed updates of his family. His daughter even has a problem with Afrikaans. He pays much attention to detail, quoting names of roads and even pictures. Unfortunately, I lived in the area and now have moved to a surburb 15km away and still use the area for my business.

The pics he sends of routes and venues are actually outdated and from websites. Yes, he also uses subtle manipulation and emotional games. Especially guilt. His stories are unrealistic and magnified as if to blow your mind with his deals. He is also very overtly sexual and pays alot of attention to you. A romantic and always keeping you on the string, promising to meet but never actually arrives.

He has bizarre excuses such as business appointments and it is so easy to believe him. Even details of his kids are so intricate, one would actually believe and feel sorry for his two girls...when caught out he does the emotional blackmail thing and even referred to the article saying it is a disgruntled ex employee who did this.

I am NO ex-employee of Jeff Mandel Ramirez! His whatsapp number is 1-323-374-5847. I still want to believe that someone like him really does exist...however, his profile picture on Badoo was loaded in September 2012 in Enugu in Nigeria....Look, I am not here to be vindictive or anything, I just believe that everyone deserves a chance to prove their truth, however, with Jeff, it seems he won't come forth.

For me, if he is indeed real, then why not make your presence visible? What do you have to hide? SO whoever you are, come out! tell the world that this scam story is utnure. And even if you need help, some of us in this world would probably extend that hand to help you through whatever it is...scamming or even being elusive helps no one...Mrs R

And he gets very nasty after you have confronted him saying he has another woman and you being vindictive all the while posting outdated pics with the same outfit! Get a life "racist term"~! I am not the one sitting in a call centre the whole day trying to con woman out of their hard earned monies, using their vulnerabilities!

Welcome to ScamWarners MrsR. Scammers have NO interest in meeting anyone. They hide in the shadows, using pictures they steal/lift off of the internet. The tell nothing but lies. The names they use are not their own. The email addresses they use are only for scamming and not related in any way to a real person.

They do not like to be exposed and often become abusive to people who expose them. They even even been known to publish embarrassing photos they are sent or that they create to try to get a victim to send them money.

Do you have an email address the scammer is using? Please post that up so others who might be searching can find this warning.

The best course of action, once you determine you are dealing with a scammer is to stop all communications with them.

Yes he did become abusive and is threatening to post pictures of myself. His e-mail address is [email protected] and his daughters twitter name is paulsarah27. He also uses the face book account with the name Jeffrey Mandel.

It is obvious that he is still going on as his whatsapp number above is still active. His BBM pin is 277165D3. He has obviously downloaded another persons pictures and continues to use them. He appears on Badoo as ANG in a picture with the background of Barcelona. He even uses his kids to text you on his number. He called from a number listed as +17777777777. Beware, he is very good at what he does. He even threatened that he has been to my home. Obviously i didnt give him the correct address.

And beeware ladies. He tells you that an ex-employee posted this article here.
