David Rodriguez on Skype

Today i received the following message on my Skype account:

Upon viewing the profile details for the account I found the following info accompanied by a very pixelated image:

Skype Number : rodriguez14025
Location : West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States
Birthdate : 18. okt. 1954
Language : English

I quickly realized this was fake, but can´t understand the purpose of the message being sent to me in the first place.. Ideas or suggestions anyone?

This could be the start of almost any scam, I'd go for it being a love scammer as my first choice, best just delete it and block the user so he can't contact you again.
