This scammer is targeting dating websites. He will pretend to send packages through a courier. He then will use a fake agent or courier and request fees (insurance/customs) to be paid by the victim. He will want these fees paid via Western Union or Money Gram.

He may also pretend to visit a victim. He will use a fake site to produce a fake ticket. He then will ask the victim to pay for his flight.
