How are you doing today ? hope all is well with you over there in your country , am happy to received your mail today , I really like to have a good relationship with you , I have a special reason I decided to contact you because of the urgency of my situation here . my name is Miss Cynthia George , 20 years from Libya , presently in refugee camp in Ghana .The present Government in my country have confiscated my entire late father assets and killed my parents due to my late father was an active member of the previous Government of former President Muammar Gaddafi . I'm the only child of my family and was in the school hostel out of Tripoli when the sad news of my parent’s death was announced to me .
I came to Ghana in West Africa by the help of the United Nations rescue ship for an asylum ,The only person I have now is Reverend Father Moses Kwakye who is the pastor of ( St Andrews catholic church ) here in the camp , he has been very nice to me since I came here but am not living with him rather i live in the females hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women , am communicating with you through Reverend Father Moses Kwakye office computer here in the camp ,

As a refugee here i don't have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this camp . I want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the tragic incident that lead to the death of my parents .

Being what is left and safe out of all my late father's investments and cash fund .
According to the agreement my late Dad signed with the bank , the fund can only be released under my care at age of 19 years and now I'm 20 year plus.Although the agreement says that I must present a Guardian to the bank so as to ensure that the money will be handled very well and invested in a lucrative business for better future . If you can help me and come forward as my Guardian I will gladly offer you 30% of the money while you assist me to invest rest of the money in your country for future reference .
