SCAMMER IN BRIEF: Miss. Rita Manbram, 24 years old woman from the Sudan, parents was killed by rebels during the civil war. Fled the country and found her way to the refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. The late father (Engr. Dr. Kenda Manbram) had been a substantial bank deposit ($11.6 million US dollars) with the English/Scottish bank. Miss.
