He is claiming to the the Commandant of the Marines, i.e., the highest ranking marine in the land, and a member of the Joint Chiefs, a graduate of the War College. His page includes touching pictures and a cover photo that declares "To my countrymen I am the shield, to my enemies I am the sword."
Gen Jim Amos is actually the USMC Commandant. This will make a hilarious story in my Sunday morning sermon.
