Cara if you never met this person face to face it is bullshit. It is not possible to love someone you have never met and do not know. Actually what the scammer is doing is the "falling in love game" we see time and time again. The next stage is the money ask once the criminal believes you are hooked and entranced. However never ever send money to someone you have not met face to face and is only someone on a computer. Webcam is not face to face. The moment you see a mention of Western Union or MoneyGram you can be 100% SURE IT IS A SCAM. Similarly if you are told a parcel is on the way then it is a scam too, and will involve a money transfer again. Always use that rule and you will never get scammed. What ever a person says the answer is no. Scammer will get angry, say you are heartless not to help his dying children, rescue him from being trapped in a hotel in Africa, or paying for his hospital treatment. He will try to make you the guilty party and feel you are doing wrong. Just ignore the filthy scammer, tell him nothing and vanish.
