Information on romance scams and scammers.

I have been scammed by someone calling himself Jim Henderson. He has sent me about seven photographs of "himself", actually a person in army uniform with the name "Hecker" on his name tape ... which first alerted me that something was not kosher. MY QUESTION IS THIS: Does anyone know whether it is possible to let this chap Hecker know that his photographs are being used in a scam? Or would this be the scammer's real name and truly his own photographs? How dumb could you be, to send photos with the wrong name on the uniform!

Anyone who can help with this question, I'd love to hear from you because if it were MY photos being used, I'd want to know.

Thanks
