How to report these scams

I have a new one!!! LOL Now I will continue to write but how do I report the IP address, ect. from these scammers?? What do I actually send to you to report them. 2 are gone because I caught them in lies. LOL No more contact. But I saved emails so I do have addresses, etc. Sorry but this is fun leading them on!!!!!!
I have a po box from UPS so it is a street address and I change emails but do I also change names????

We don't encourage reporting scammers' emails to providers to close them. Your average scammer is up and running on a new address in less time than it takes you to report, and losing the email means losing traceability. Fake websites are a different story--those we always kill.
