I am sorry you have to go through this. Most important now is not to give in to the threats! This scammer only wants to scare you and try to make you send more money by threatening to post these photos. The scammer only wants to keep on having grip on you. Best thing to do is to stop any contact with the scammer and it will pass. These scammers have other things to do then to post photos on the internet. It is much easier for them to just write some threatening emails in the hope it will work, but not making much effort of it. When they see that it doesn't work when you don't give in to the thread, the scammer will soon give up and leave you alone.

Being a victim doesn't mean you stand alone. We're here to help you.

A grubby scammer trying to intimidate you is it? First of all, don't panic. As you now realise the tosspots are only interested in screwing you around because they consider you a source of revenue only. As David indicated, cease all contact with the individual. If the scam artist knows your phone number, maybe ask your phone provider to block all calls except local ones for several weeks. I do know about the inconvenience of that action. It can always be un-blocked after. An option for you is to start another skype account? Maybe simply stop using your current one? If you do decide to do another skype, perhaps use one for family and trusted friends and the other for other people?

I would not be too concerned of such. The threat is merely there to try and weaken your resolve. I can verify to everybody out there of going to our local beach on a hot summers day and probably see more than what the scammer has ever seen! But that's a different story. Basically, ignore any advances the tosspot makes and it will leave you alone. The downside is, it will find another target and the whole cycle will go around again :(

Unfortunately, this is a very typical scammer response. When the scammer realizes he no longer has a chance to steal your money by pretending to be a caring, romantic person, he decides to show you what he really is--a low-life criminal with no conscience and no real feelings.

As others have said, NEVER respond to these threats. If he thinks you are afraid, he will demand money to stop him from doing something with the photos and/or video. If you pay him, he won't delete them (even if he promises to) but will instead demand even more money.

Block him, ignore him completely, and move on with your life. This scammer simply wants money. Once he realizes that these actions are not going to bring him money, he will move on to activities that will be more profitable for him.
